2K GameStop Show with Jason Mewes
I was brought me onto this project to the be "Live Performance Specialist". And no wonder! The star of the show was Jason Mewes, from the Jay and Silent Bob films. Zany, outrageous, fun and a Force of Nature, my challenge was to incorporate Jason into the show by blending his character with 2K's brand ambassadors, who were there to deliver branding messaging.
We created a short film as an opening to each show, (which ran 6 times a day for 2 days) entitled GAMESTOP CLERKS, in which Jason wanted to "dive into the mind of a GameStopper..." The film set up Jason's participation at the show perfectly, and garnered him a standing ovation each and every day!
He was a delight to work with, and made the show a HUGE success! Loved every second!
